Mission Trip Interest Form

You must rank three different trips as your first, second, and third choices. If there are not three different trips you are available to attend, please indicate that at the bottom of the form. Please note that submitting your interest form does not guarantee placement on your first-choice trip, as each trip has limited availability. If a trip reaches capacity, the Chi Alpha staff team will make the final decisions regarding trip assignments.

International Trips: If you are interested in an international trip, you must also complete the International Trip Application after submitting this interest form. If you are selected for an international trip, you will receive an email with the Mission Trips Agreement and Expectations form. Once that form has been completed and returned, you will be asked to submit a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
